Yesterday, OPTIMA POLSKA has signed an agreement with the Commune of Szelkow under the project “The energetic modernization of the Buildings Complex in the Commune of Szelkow” in the system: design and build.
The subject of the order is designing and execution of construction works consisting in the thermo-modernization of the complex of Szelkow Commune buildings together with the installation of Renewable Energy Source.
The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the framework of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Regional Operational Program for the years 2014-2020 Measure 4.2 Energy Efficiency.
Its main goal is complete energetic modernization of public utilities and thus to improve energy efficiency and reduce pollutant emissions and heating costs.
The project will include a complex of public buildings, interconnected, for which the most effective solutions for improving energy efficiency were selected. These are: Commune Office, Junior High School, Primary School, Kindergarten and Sports Hall. Within the work will be done, among others, 5600 mb of geothermal radial drillings by innovative GRD method.
The project will be completed by the end of November of this year.
